Meet Aileen Suarez: The Developer Behind Codestructor.dev

· By Aileen Suarez

Hi, I’m Aileen 👋

I’m a software engineer originally from the Philippines, now living in Spain—and open to remote roles around the world. I started coding back in grade school in 2006, customizing my Friendster profile with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Later, Tumblr got me even more curious about front-end code. That childhood hobby turned into a full-blown passion.

I studied programming seriously in college and began my professional journey in 2017 with Avanade. Since then, I’ve worked with .NET backend, front-end frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap, and more recently, WordPress (since 2023). I’ve also worked with NopCommerce, PHP, MySQL, and legacy React projects.

I’m especially passionate about website performance, SEO optimization, and delivering content effectively. I believe a developer’s job is to bring both design and strategy to life in the most technically sound way.

My Experience as a Developer

I’ve worked as a full-stack developer for over 8 years, specializing in both frontend and backend development. My toolkit includes C#, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and frameworks like ASP.NET Core, Angular, and WordPress.

Most recently, I’ve been building SEO-optimized websites using WordPress and Elementor, leading Stripe migrations, improving Core Web Vitals, and implementing structured data (Schema Markup) to boost visibility in search engines.

  • 2023–Present: Web Developer at Moralis (WordPress + SEO + SaaS marketing site)
  • 2022–Present: Tech Lead at Moralis Academy (Stripe integrations, full-stack WordPress dev)
  • 2019–2024: Software Engineer at Northern Lights (NopCommerce plugin dev, ASP.NET)
  • 2017–2019: Associate Software Engineer at Accenture (API security, OAuth2, performance testing)

I thrive in building performant, scalable, and user-friendly websites while ensuring they meet modern SEO and performance standards. I also love automating workflows, streamlining processes, and helping designs come to life technically.

What is Codestructor.dev?

Codestructor.dev is my digital space to build, experiment, and share everything I love about web development. It’s a portfolio, a blog, and a tool library—crafted entirely by me. I created this platform to showcase what I can do, help others, and maybe even open doors to new opportunities or passive income down the line.

I plan to offer:

I don’t want this to be just another dev blog. I want it to be easy to use and full of high-quality, actionable content.

Who Is This Site For?

Everyone! Whether you’re a fellow developer, designer, recruiter, or just someone looking for reliable tools—Codestructor.dev is here to help. I’ll be sharing what I build, what I learn, and what works when it comes to web development and SEO.

My Long-Term Vision 🎯

I want this site to grow into something sustainable—maybe through AdSense, affiliate links, or even freelance gigs. But beyond that, I want it to be a place where I can keep learning, sharing, and staying competitive in the fast-paced tech world.
